Hi there! Are you ready for a quick short travel post? I haven't done a post like this in such a long time, but last month I visited the Castle Lednice, after a long time and took some pictures, which I am now sharing with you. I have been here before, but I was amazed with it once again.
I highly recommend it, if you are a fan of castles. If you are from Czech Republic or just traveling through, you can do a little detour and check this beautiful place.

Castle/ Palace/ Chateau/ Zamek Lednice is one of the most visited monuments in Czech Republic, located in South Moravia. Since 1996 it was inscribed in UNESCO World Heritage List (together with the twin manor of Valtice) as an exceptional example of the designed landscape.
Since Lednice/Eisgrub first passed into the hands of the House of Liechtenstein in the mid-13th century, its fortunes had been tied inseparably to those of that noble family. The palace of Lednice began its life as a Renaissance villa; in the 17th century it became a summer residence of the ruling Princes of Liechtenstein. The estate house – designed and furbished by baroque architects Johann Bernhard Fischer von Erlach, Domenico Martinelli, and Anton Johan Ospel – proclaimed rural luxury on the grandest scale. In 1846–58 it was extensively rebuilt in a Neo-Gothic style under the supervision of Georg Wingelmüller.- Wikipedia
State chateau Lednice is state property from 1945. Is managed by the Ministry of Culture through the National Heritage Institute in Prague, regional office in KroměřÞ. The castle is one of the most visited monuments in our Czech republic. Neo-Gothic reconstruction in the 19th century, it has created a residence surrounded by one of Europe's largest parks (almost 200 ha), in which the visitor finds the Palm House, the Venetian fountain, Roman aqueduct, the Chinese Pavilion, artificial ruins minarett and Johns Castle. Thanks to a unique connection with the monuments surrounding human nature was formed in 1996 by the whole Lednice- Valtice UNESCO World Heritage Site. - Official Lednice Web Page
Every time I walk through the gates, I am sincerely speechless. The view is so beautiful and charming. Discovering different path, different tour every single time. You will not get bored here. There are tours with horse carriages and little boats as well. You can also explore or your own, the nature is astonishing. Everything in Lednice is remarkable, believe me.
